The metals are melted at high temperature, poured and worked into sheets, then each plate, bowl, glass and spoon is individually shaped and finished by hand to achieve a smooth matte surface. After forming, the set is carefully ground and brushed to create the elegant matte finish, then cleaned and quality‑checked so you receive a durable, long‑lasting thali suitable for daily use and festive occasions.
